We are searching for a Chef to join the Barrio Familia in BRIXTON!

This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an amazing team.

We are a vibrant, Latin Cocktail Bar that serves amazing food to accompany our tasty Cocktails. Our guests come to Barrio for a vibrant experience. And that’s what we give them! Salsa party music, a selection of specialised tequila cocktails, entertainment, and our freshly made Latin street food prepared by you and your team.

Let me tell you more about being a Barrio Chef:

• As a Commis Chef, you are responsible for working with your team to ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen whilst making some Latin lickin' flavours. We all work as a team doing a lot of prep and organising our Kitchen ready for service.
• £10.50 an hour. Plus great service charge!
• Some of the fresh Latin street food you will prepare with your team include a variety of different Tacos, Tostadas, Nachos, Quesadillas and a spicy range of chicken wings. And you can’t forget our delicious Churros!
• You need to be comfortable using a Grill & Fryer.
• You will work closely with our amazing Head Chef in making sure everything we serve is up to the Barrio standards.
• Get paid every two weeks!
